Handmade rug . Each carpet is drawn freehand on the canvas which gives it its unique character.

It is a nod to the work of the Swiss artist Sophie Taeuber, in particular to the links she forges between crafts (tapestry, puppets, etc.) and abstract art.

Materials used:

Wool, monk's canvas, cotton canvas, herringbone ribbon.
